Workshop Technician

We have an opening for a talented, enthusiastic and knowledgeable Bike Technician to join our expanding production department!

Our bicycles are hand-built in our busy Sussex workshop, and you will play a pivotal role in meeting increasing customer demand and supporting the Company in achieving its productions goals in an efficient and timely manner.

A working knowledge of Road and gravel bikes is important as the primary responsibility will be assembling performance bicycles to a high level.

Technical requirements desired are:

  • A good level of cycle maintenance skills
  • Relevant qualifications and experience (although training can be offered to the right candidate)
  • good technical knowledge of Shimano Di2, Sram  eTap AXS and Campagnolo products is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
  • Attention to detail

  • Be presentable
  • Possess good communication skills
  • Have a polite, professional manner with a positive friendly attitude
  • Have the ability to follow instruction and meet production targets

Warehouse Operative

We have an opening for an enthusiastic & hardworking Warehouse/Workshop Assistant to support our expanding production department!

Our bicycles are hand-built in our busy Sussex workshop, and you will play a pivotal role supporting the Production Team to meet increasing customer demand and achieve productions goals in an efficient and timely manner.

The role is centred in our busy assembly facility in Ditchling where we assemble bikes from start to finish. Your main responsibilities will be picking the bike components from our OEM warehouse ready for our Bike Mechanics to use in production. Once bikes are assembled, they would be returned to you for partial disassembly and packing into one of our custom designed bike boxes ready for the despatch department.

The successful applicant should:

  • Have a high degree of accuracy
  • Be organised and have good timekeeping
  • Be presentable
  • Be able to work on own initiative
  • Possess good communication skills
  • Have a polite, professional manner with a positive friendly attitude
  • Have the ability to follow instruction and meet targets
